January 2007 - Exciting New Changes in 2007 for our
                         organization...

James (Jim) L. Hust, III, PE has been named President.  He will oversee strategic initiatives, represent company interests and will continue to serve as principal manager for several clients.  Jim has served as a Senior Vice President since 2003 and was Vice President of engineering five years prior.  He joined Waggoner Engineering in 1993.

William (Bill) L. McDonald, PE has been named Vice President.  He will continue to serve on several programs for specific clients, and will focus on corporate operations and quality systems.  Bill has been associated with Waggoner Engineering since 1991 and has most recently served as Director of our Planning & Special Programs Division in Jackson, Mississippi.

Joe A. Waggoner, PE, PLS, President and CEO since the founding of the company in 1976, will continue in his role CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors.  Joe will focus on Waggoner’s regional strategic initiatives and will serve as advisor to several clients as well as direct the firm’s governmental initiative efforts.

Barry Royals, PE, DEE was promoted to Director of Planning.
