James Bradley Receives Certification as a Certified Flood Plain Manager and a Geographic Information Systems Professional

James Bradley, CFM, GISP, of Waggoner Engineering recently received his certification as a Certified Flood Plain (CFM) Manager and a Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Professional. Mr. Bradley is a GIS Manager in Waggoner’s planning department.

He attended Southwest Mississippi Community College, and has 35 years experience in the mapping, remote sensing and GIS fields.
