James Monohan Lead Session on Flood Mapping at the 2009 ASCE Mississippi Section Meeting
James N. Monohan, PE, of Waggoner Engineering, Inc. spoke on October 15, 2009 at the ASCE Mississippi Section Meeting on the "Topographic Data for FEMA Floodplain Mapping in Mississippi".
Mr. Monohan is a Project Manager in Waggoner’s Planning department. He received his MSCE from the University of Virginia.
