Tracey Foster Milton Receives Certification as a Geographic Information Systems Professional.

Tracey Foster Milton, GISP, of Waggoner Engineering recently received her certification as a Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Professional. Ms. Milton is a GIS Analyst in Waggoner’s water and wastewater department.

She received a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Planning from Jackson State University, and has completed course work towards a Masters of Science in Computer Science at Jackson State University.
