Waggoner Engineering, a full-service economic development, program management and engineering firm, has added Holly Montgomery as a new graduate engineer in the firm’s water resources and coastal programs department.

In her role, Montgomery will focus primarily on hydraulic studies for bridge replacement projects and other drainage-related projects and studies.

“We welcome Holly to the Waggoner team,” said Hunter Arnold, PE, senior director of Water Resources and Coastal Programs. “Holly will be a great addition to our drainage-related projects and studies.”

Montgomery previously served as a hydraulics engineer for the Mississippi Department of Transportation. She received a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Mississippi State University and was a member of the Phi Theta Kappa honor society. Montgomery is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers.
