Waggoner Engineering was recognized as one of Mississippi’s Healthiest Workplaces by the Mississippi Business Journal and the Mississippi Business Group on Health. The firm earned first place in the Private Sector/Small (1-99) category.
The Mississippi Healthiest Workplace Awards recognize the top employers from across the state who show excellence in providing employer health and wellness programs and healthy workplace environments.

Waggoner has worked with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Mississippi since 2008 to focus on our employees’ health to help lower the cost of health insurance.
As part of office renovations in 2019, Waggoner added a state-of-the-art gym that employees could use. Waggoner encourages all employees to take advantage of the gym activities by allotting two 30-minute workouts per week on company time.
