JACKSON, Miss. – October 17, 2019, – Waggoner Engineering, Inc., a full-service economic development, program management, and engineering firm, is pleased to announce the addition of Chad Novack as Watershed Planner.
Novack has a professional background in environmental science, geology, and hydrology. His experience includes the implementation and direction of personnel and materials for environmental programs, project coordination, watershed planning and management, green infrastructure and stormwater control measures, health and safety regulations, and sampling of environmental media.

Novack served as a project hydrologist and geologist with Brown and Caldwell for several years on projects throughout the United States, including Oklahoma, Idaho, and Georgia. He also was a research scientist with the Oak Ridge National Laboratory in Tennessee.
Novack holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Valdosta State University and a Master of Science in Geology from the University of Tennessee.
