Waggoner expands New Orleans office with the addition of Bill Katzenmeyer

JACKSON, Miss. – May 19, 2020 – Waggoner Engineering is excited to announce the addition of Bill Katzenmeyer, PE, a Senior Project Engineer in our New Orleans, Louisana office. 

Katzenmeyer comes to Waggoner from Stuart Consulting Group in Metairie, Louisiana, with over 14 years of experience in project and construction management, engineering design, surveying, and disaster grant management. There, he led all post-Katrina project worksheets and a $70 million roadway, water, and sewer infrastructure improvement project for the city of Slidell. 

As an engineer at Linfield, Hunter, and Junius in Metairie, he was responsible for engineering design, project, and construction management for several water and wastewater projects across south Louisiana. This included the widening of the 17th Street Canal, one of the largest and most important drainage canals in the city of New Orleans. 

A licensed Professional Engineer in Louisiana, Katzenmeyer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Mississippi State University.
