Nick Dupuy

JACKSON, Miss. – July 7, 2020 – Waggoner Engineering is pleased to announce the addition of Nick Dupuy as an Engineer Intern in our New Orleans office.

In his new role, Dupuy will assist the team in designing plans and administering projects on behalf of the Department of Public Works.

As an engineer in training with Gunda Corporation in Houston, Texas, Dupuy worked on several drainage projects, including evaluating hydraulics and hydrology for state highway redevelopment and evaluating bridges for scouring susceptibility. He also worked on small bridge design projects on rural highways.

Dupuy spent the summer of 2016 with Shread Kuyrkendall & Associates in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, performing surveying fieldwork and compiling data for various projects.

He also interned at Cospolich Inc. in Destrehan, Louisiana, assisting with the revision and updating AutoCAD drawings.

Dupuy holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Louisiana State University.
