JACKSON, Miss. – August 5, 2020 – Olivia Peters has been promoted to Network Administrator II at Waggoner, the firm announced today.
“Olivia’s hard work and valuable contributions to our organization are greatly appreciated,” said Misty Biard, Chief Financial & Administrative Officer at Waggoner. “If an employee is working hard and making valuable contributions to the company, then it is only fair that this is recognized, and they are given the opportunities that they deserve. Peters is responsible for all information technology matters related to the organization, including the maintenance and operation of computer systems and network servers, troubleshooting errors and setup and support services for the phone system.
Peters joined Waggoner in 2008 as an Information Technology Assistant.
Peters is A+ certified and Net+ certified and holds an Associate of Applied Science, Network Support Technology from Holmes Community College.
