JACKSON, Miss. – September 23, 2020 – Waggoner Engineering is pleased to announce that Richard Johnson, PE, has joined the firm as a Project Engineer in our Water and Wastwater division. He will be working out of our office in Gulfport.
Johnson has over 20 years of experience as a licensed contractor and water resources and land development engineer.
Johnson spent several years a design engineer for Woolpert, managing projects and designing storm sewers, sanitary sewers, and potable water networks for local and federal clients.
Before focusing on engineering, Johnson spent over a decade running his own business, Florida Green Builders.
Johnson is a registered Professional Engineer in Florida. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of South Florida.
