JACKSON, Miss. – June 3, 2021 – Robert Hooks has been promoted to Manager of Remote Survey Services, the firm announced today.
In his new role, Hooks will be responsible for developing and growing Waggoner’s drone-related capability and resources, planning and executing flights for data acquisition, processing data, and supporting end-users in planning, design, and construction phase applications.

This is in keeping with our commitment to technical excellence and continuous improvement,” said Bill McDonald, Chief Technical Officer.
Hooks has almost 20 years of experience in the engineering design and surveying field.
