Waggoner performed a field inspection of all storm drainage pipe and structures on the airfield. An evaluation of the existing stormwater system was done to determine which structures could remain and what should be replaced. A hydrologic study of the airport area was performed to ensure all drainage structures were capable of handling the design flows. Construction plans were prepared indicating necessary repairs and construction engineering and review was performed for the project.
