Waggoner Engineering provided design and project management services for developing and establishing a design with scope, schedule, and a detailed estimate for the Alabama Power Plant Barry Coal Handling Operation with a plan to remove and replace Radial Stacker-Conveyor 20.
Consultation for the project pre-bid meeting, bid analysis, and pre-award was also provided for this project. Waggoner was also prepared to provide the oversite needed during removal, installation, and start-up.
